If you have just discovered you are pregnant – congratulations! Whether it is your first or last pregnancy, it is an exciting and at times, a daunting prospect. Being pregnant is not a medical condition and should not be treated as such. That’s why we like to keep things simple with minimal fuss. Rest assured, any pre-existing medical conditions will be dealt with cautiously, and with a considered approach, as your pregnancy progresses.
Your first appointment with Dr O’Rourke will usually be around 14 weeks – your General Practitioner will order all necessary antenatal tests before we meet with you.
